How long will it take my first subscription to arrive?

We’ll post a Starter Kit within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase. Once posted, we’ll send you an email so you know that your order has been dispatched and is on route.

When are the top-up blades sent?

Replacement blades will be posted on the same date, every 1, 2 or 3 months, depending on the frequency of your plan.

How does the delivery work?

Our boxes are cleverly designed so they fit through all standard size letterboxes. There is no need to sign or collect your box.

How much is postage?

Postage is completely free for all orders.

How many razors will I receive in each delivery?

We post four super sharp, stainless steel blades in each top-up delivery.

Can I change how often I get sent new blades?

Of course. You are in control of your account and how often you want to receive new blades. We will assist and change the frequency for you. Send an email request to and we’ll take care of the rest.

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver to customers with addresses in ROI.

How do I cancel?

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do this by logging into your account. Your customer login area allows you to cancel your account in one easy step. There are no cancellation fees or charges.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you sign up. Subsequent charges occur in or around the same date each frequency month. The frequency of charge depends on the plan you selected.

E.g. If you signed up for the 2-month plan on the 6th of June, you will be charged on the 6th of June. The next time your card is charged will be around the 6th of August (within 1-2 business days) In this example, you would receive a Starter Kit in June and top-up blades in August.

Are there any additional hidden charges?

No. We don’t have any hidden fees, charges or membership fees.

How does club Gigi work?

Sign up and decide how often you want to receive new razor blades. You have the choice to receive new blades every 1, 2 or 3 months.

Once you sign up, we’ll send you a Starter Kit. We deliver four new razor blades on the order you signed up for.

Change your order frequency, pause a month or cancel if you like with no fee.

What if a delivery arrives damaged?

Oh no! Our packaging is designed to hold the contents firmly in place. For some reason your box arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at and we’ll arrange for a new box to be sent to you. Please note, this must be within 10 working days from the date of receiving your order dispatched email.

Returns policy

We offer a full refund or a replacement if you are unhappy with our razors. Please let us know within 14 working days upon receiving your order, if you would like to return, as per our returns policy. If you are looking to return your order, we will refund the full amount to your card once the order has been returned undamaged.
